Props float when placed on a players head

When placing a prop on top of a players head, if they crouch away, it floats.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Grab prop (something flat works best)
  2. Look up
  3. Drop prop
  4. Wait atleast 3 seconds when it lands on your head
  5. Crouch and walk backwards
  6. Prop floats

Looks like it hibernated from standing still, player script needs to wake it up manually
